Jordan has been with the Agency since June 2022. Born & raised in Bismarck, Jordan attended Bismarck High and received his BA from NDSU. His wife Karly is an elementary teacher in Bismarck, and he has two daughters, Ava & Evelyn, who keep him busy! In his spare time Jordan loves to golf and also officiates high school and collegiate basketball.

Born & raised in North Dakota, Kristi trained horses in AZ for 15 years before settling in Mandan in 2008. She is happily married with a wonderful son, Braeden. Kristi is active in the local community & serves with several organizations. She adores travel & is blessed to visit Mexico often, serving with a great non-profit, supporting home building and education for working families in need.

She is a happily married to a great guy, and proud mom of two exceptional sons. Kris has been working for Terry for more than two decades, and wouldn't change a thing. She strongly believes the future holds unlimited learning & service opportunities.

Niki is our newest staff addition; she started in January 2022. She is a single mom of two boys who keep life interesting and fun! Niki is happy to be part of the Terry J Kraft Agency, Inc Team - we have fun & work together well! As the new to insurance person, Niki feels it is great to have mentors in the field with tons of experience to draw from.

Tyler joined the Agency in 2006; he is our resident expert in Farm/Ranch and Commercial areas. When he's not in his office, he is active in area sports communities; refereeing soccer matches, and watching his daughter play hockey & golf. He is active in the local Kiwanis Club, as well as Knights of Columbus. We appreciate everything he does for our community.
