Carl Carlson is a licensed Sales Specialist, who joined our team in 2020, he specializes in farms and Commercial lines of insurance. In this role Carl will be out visiting farms and businesses; quoting, advising and answering questions regarding all your insurance needs. Carl feels very fortunate to have grow up in the Buffalo Community. He continues to Buffalo home today. Carl looks forward working with the local community as well as meeting new people in the surrounding areas. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends at his cabin in Longville, MN; fishing, hunting and especially boating on his favorite lake- Woman Lake. He is very excited to be able to work with his amazing wife Jenny Carlson, (Sales Manager) at the Chris Chapman Agency.

Jenny Carlson is the Agency Sales Manager. In this role Jenny oversees and leads the team in all aspects of Insurance, including Home, Auto and Life. She educates our clients on their Insurance needs and coverage's. She is no stranger to the Insurance Industry having spent 20 years as a licensed Customer Service Rep and a Sales Specialist. She has been with our Agency since 2012. Jenny grew up in Maple Lake and moved to Buffalo 6 years ago with her husband, Carl and 2 boys- Cole and Caden. She enjoys going to their cabin up north and being with friends and family.

Sophia has joined the team temporarily over the Summer to assist with front office clerical assistance and marketing programs and is looking forward to getting know everybody. She is getting ready for her Sophomore year at Buffalo High School in the Fall.

Stephanie is our licensed Agent Assistant / Customer Service Representative who joined our team in March of 2023. She comes to us with 10 years of previous insurance experience and an extensive sales & customer service background. She is licensed in MN Property & Casualty Insurance. Stephanie grew up in Wright County, lives in Waverly, and is very familiar with the surrounding areas. She is the proud mom of two great boys, Dylan & Kane. In her spare time, she enjoys networking, hanging out with friends & family, and traveling. She is excited to meet our insureds and help you in any way she can!
