Text messages will be sent from an American Family Insurance agent and customers can respond regarding their quote request or chat with an agent. When opting in, individuals provide express written consent to receive text messages related to the quoting process and marketing-related texts.

Messaging and Data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

To STOP: Replying STOP to the message will stop all quoting and marketing-related SMS communication from American Family Insurance. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive quoting or marketing notifications via text (SMS).
