A lifelong Wausau resident, Amy lives with her children, Jordan and Sophie, and their pets, Pablo the dog and Brody the cat. Formerly a firefighter and EMT, she now focuses on educating others about life sales. In her free time, Amy enjoys cooking, traveling, and gardening.

Heidi is a wife, mom to a 9-month-old son, and aspiring sourdough expert. When not baking, she’s at the gym, golfing, fishing, or keeping her family’s snacks stocked. With over a decade of experience, she joined our team remotely from Nebraska. Heidi’s passion for helping others and embracing challenges makes her a valuable addition to our customer service team. Mackenzie, moved to the area for college, found opportunity and started her family here. She currently lives here with her husband and daughters. She has an extensive background in the marketing field and loves to be creative. When she is not working, she loves to spend time with family, go on vacation or make art projects with her kids.

Michelle is a lifelong resident of Wausau, Wisconsin, living with her husband, son Charlie, and dog Snickers. She enjoys ice fishing, crafting, and networking, and values time with family and friends. With a degree in Marketing, Michelle focuses on client retention, customer satisfaction, agency growth, and claims follow-up care.
