Customer Service RepresentativeCasey joined my team in 2017. Casey is a people person! She loves interacting with our clients both in person and on the phone. She is also a long-time professional photographer, and owns her own photography business. When not working in the agency, you can find her in her studio or outside capturing memories for her clients or at one of her teenager’s many sporting events!

Office ManagerNikki joined my team in early 2021. She was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She moved here in late 2020. She has over 10 years of customer service experience!
