Justin has been married to his wife, Christina, for 18 years. They have a 15-year-old daughter, Olivia, who excels in both softball and speech at University High School. Justin enjoys coaching her travel softball team, reading, and volunteering, with a focus on making a positive impact in his community.

Justin M. Boyd has nearly seven years of local insurance agency ownership experience, along with two years in agency development, earning awards such as the McLean County Chamber of Commerce’s Micro Business of the Year. With 13+ years in sales management and two years as a Director of Operations, he brings a wealth of experience to help clients protect their dreams.

Justin is passionate about coaching youth sports, especially as a coach for his daughter’s travel softball team. He also enjoys reading and giving back through various volunteer roles, staying inspired to continue learning and making a positive difference both personally and professionally.

Justin’s honors include the Micro Business of the Year from the McLean County Chamber of Commerce, Distinguished Alumni from Heartland Community College (2019), Next Professional of the Year (2018), and 20 Under 40 (2015), reflecting his commitment to excellence and community impact.

Justin actively serves his community as a member of Bloomington-Normal Sunrise Rotary, on the Bloomington-Normal Convention and Visitors Bureau Board of Directors, as Chair of the Bloomington Planning Commission, and as a softball coach in the Bloomington-Normal Girls Softball Association (BNGSA).
